These terms govern your use of the BeauT AI website, app, community, and business services. By using BeauT AI, you agree to them.
The service
BeauT AI helps clients explore beauty and med-spa options and connect with providers. Features may change as the platform develops.
Not medical advice
Recommendations and community content are for informational purposes only. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before making treatment decisions.
Accounts and community
Provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the community respectfully. Do not post unlawful, misleading, harmful, or infringing content. You remain responsible for what you submit.
Providers
Providers are independent businesses and professionals. BeauT AI does not provide treatments and does not guarantee availability, suitability, outcomes, or the accuracy of provider information.
Business plans
Basic monthly requires a card at sign-up. Your first 30 days are free ($0 today), then your subscription renews automatically at $79 CAD/month until cancelled. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, including during the free month. We email a reminder before the free month ends. Annual plans cost $790 CAD upfront for 12 months, with no free month and no mid-term cancellation. To cancel, email info@beautai.ca.
Free month, billing and cancellation
The free month applies to new BeauT AI Basic monthly subscriptions. A valid payment card is required at sign-up, and you will not be charged during the 30-day free month. Unless you cancel before your free month ends, your subscription continues automatically and your card is charged $79 CAD per month plus applicable taxes, every month, until you cancel. We send you a reminder email before your free month ends. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal or by emailing us. If you cancel during your free month, you won't be charged. If you cancel later, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months, cannot be cancelled mid-term, and renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are added at checkout, and your bank may charge currency conversion fees.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or use BeauT AI to violate another person’s rights.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BeauT AI is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or particular results. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
